I just can't pass up a good deal!

After a busy morning with sales meeting and Realtor caravan, I met hubby and son for lunch and then decided to run over to Kohl's cause both me and son needed new tennis shoes. Plus, I wanted to get some candles for some things I picked up at the beach. {If you can't live at the beach, bring the beach home with you!...that's my motto anyway!}

I happened to wander by the clearance aisle and check out what I found! My kitchen is cobalt blue and bright green and I could not pass these up!

When I took the tags off the bottom to take the picture, I inadvertently switched them, the big vase was $4.99 originally $24.99, the small one was $2.99 originally $14.99. I bought some candles to put in them along with some sand. The long tea-light holder was only $5.99! The other light blue vase with seashells I purchased at the beach and bought a candle to put in it too.

I just can't pass up a good deal!

SOOO cool!! You and my daughter Lisa would enjoy each other's homes. She put cobalt blue tile in her kitchen and her living room walls are bright green.

Darn! Wish there was a Kohl's here too. I used to shop there when we lived in Atlanta and loved it! You really got some deals today. Lucky you!

Hugs!

Love the vases...what great deals. They are building a Kohls here now close to the new Target. I've only been in 1, so I do not know too much about them.

Liked the vase with the sand, too. Beach memories!!

Tracey, love all those colors. I'd say you got a great deal on all of it. Bring that beach home with you, love that.

You asked me about hibiscus growing here & yes, there is a variety that is hardy in our zone & this is it. I don't know the name of it, but my parents bought theirs locally in Atlanta at HD or Lowes & I got a rooting off of theirs. It dies back completely in winter & then sprouts up again in spring & you can't beat those big saucer blooms!

Hey, thanks for visiting me today!

I love your "finds" and the colors. I have that aqua color in my bedroom (so soothing) and we need to GUT our kitchen in a bad way. I may do a post on that some day. I keep on entertaining although I don't have the perfect kitchen! ha.

I think Kohl's has some of the greatest sales and clearance things. I have gotten a lot of seasonal things there, especially some really cute snowmen after Christmas. I also love is for children's clothes and pj's!
