I'm a transplant to AL too...grew up in the Atlanta area & we've only been in B'ham a little over a year...and I love it here! Great place to live & plenty to do. Where did you live in Atlanta. So, I'm just up the road from you. My DH grew up in both B'ham & Montgomery. His mom now lives in B'ham & his dad in Montgomery, so we get down there about once a year or so. Oh, forgot to answer a question...we are members of Shades Mtn. Independent Church...a really good, Bible believing church. We're enjoying it! The ladies event was a lot of fun & we all had a great time "doing up" our tables.
